• Contact & delivery details: name, email, phone, address.
• Order details: the plan and meals you choose, delivery method, and order history.
• Payment info is collected and processed by our payment provider — we don't store your card number.
• Basic usage data (e.g., pages visited) to improve the site.

How we use it

• To prepare, bill, and deliver your orders.
• To send order confirmations and service updates by email.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To operate, secure, and improve Trim Eats.

Who we share it with

We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run the business — our payment processor (Square), email provider (Resend), database and hosting (Supabase, Vercel), and shipping carriers. We don't sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time and request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@trim-eats.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA.

Data retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to run the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
